Our 1.2 Lakh sq.ft. manufacturing plant is located in the Sankrail industrial area of Polypark, West Bengal. All our equipment and machinery is sourced from reputable brands and allows us to produce high-quality products. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing setup along with skilled man-power enables us to produce a superior range of woven bags and efficiently fulfill large orders within the designated time frame.
Our Tape Stretching Line is from the LOREX series of Lohia Corp, model E120B and has a capacity of up to 4,000 tonnes per year, with plans to increase it to 9,000 tonnes. It can stretch tapes with a denier range of 400-1200 D to any Pantone color shade.
Our circular weaving machines, also known as looms, have the capability to weave the tapes produced by the Tape Stretching Line and produce fabric widths ranging from 12″ to 58″.
Our 4 colour printing machine, from Star Flex International, is equipped with the state-of-the-art electronics. It gives a maximum print width of 350 mm with a printing speed of upto 80 m/min.
Our Lamination machine is designed for efficient and precise coating operations on PP/HDPE woven fabric/bag upto 30 inches in width (either single side or both sides).
The BCS 850/45, from Lohia Corp’s BCS series, is a high-speed cutting machine that can perform cross cutting, bottom folding, sewing, and stacking of finished PP woven fabric bags in a seamless process. It is equipped with additional attachments for creating gusseted, perforated, and easy-open top stitch bags with a cutting length of 500-1350 mm.
Sufficient power supply and backup solutions have been put in place to ensure seamless operation, including a voltage stabilizer to regulate power fluctuations and a UPS system for power backup.
